TRADITION AND QUALITY

The rudiments of the Valipile d.o.o. Company are to be found some 20 years ago, when Mr Josip Belko started the broiler production as a home craft, with the capacity of 2000 chicken per week. In the year 1994. his business was succeeded by his sons Boris and Igor Belko, establishing the new Company with its present name, continuing its activities in a new lending business location.

From the starting capacity, by increasing of assortment of poultry, as well introduction of own parental herd with best genetic lines, as well with market growing and continuing of production, the actual capacity of 250.000 chicken per week was reached.

The Company is situated in Sesvetski Kraljevac since 2001, located on the own property.

The incubator is equipped with sophisticated technology, which includes pre-incubators and incubators, delivered by very famous manufacturer Victoria, with acclimatization system GEA, with continued computer and video surveillance system. With special care we remodeled our transport vehicles for broilers, which are also equipped with acclimatization system, whereby the real microclimate of transport is secured.
The further development of the Company was based on the new Feed-factory, which started to produce the food since 2004. The Factory is completely equipped with sophisticated technological solutions related to feed production.

There is also equipment of Buhler Company within- which is one of the best producers of this technology. Within the Plant there are the Silos –inside and outside- for storage of micro and macro components, with total capacity of 4000 tones, as well storage for food, with capacity of 700 tones.

Combining the incubator and feed production capacities, we started to produce feed up poultry, which is very significant for increasing Croatian market. We also implemented the highest standards of quality norms, such ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, which are strongly applied.

The Valipile d.o.o. Company workers are very young people, led by experienced management, who is aware that only with quality of the products as well services can be competitive, which is the reason for continuously investment in a new technology as well education of the people.
